By Road

From the North

From the M25, take the A21 southbounds, signposted to Sevenoaks. Pass Sevonoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Robertsbirdge. At John's Cross, turn right on to the A2100, signposted to Battle. Once in Battle, take the 1st exit (left) off the roundabout towards the High Street, where Friar House can be found on the right.

From the West

From the A22 at Hailsham (near Eastbourne), take the A271, signposted to Bexhill and Hastings. After Boreham Street, turn off to the left to remain on the A271 towards Battle. Once in Battle, take the 2nd exit (straight ahead) from the roundabout to enter the High Street, where Friar House can be found on the right.

From the South

From Hastings, take the A2100 northwards, signposted to Battle. The road will lead into Battle High Street, where Friar House can be found on the left.

By Rail

Battle station is served by frequent trains from Charing Cross, London, with a journey time of 1 hour 20 minutes. Please see Southeastern for further information, or National Rail for timetables.
